Oma and Opa's House - Miscellaneous Pics

Here are the miscellaneous pictures that we took at Oma and Opa's house...

Day 1- Friday
We left really early to avoid traffic so we got to PA pretty early. We decided to surprise Oma at work before she was off for the day.

We got cookies and milk in the cafeteria.

 

It was so great to see Oma and Opa.

 

We set up the giraffe pool.

 

 

 

Hayden was silly and decided to ride the giraffe.

 

I decided to give it a try too.

 

Of course we had to make noodles with Opa and this time
Hayden got to help too.

Day 3 - Sunday

Hayden and I helped make dinner. We made meatballs in gravy.

 

Umm...Hayden, that's not quite a meatball. Hee Hee.

Day 4 - Monday

We loved playing in the ditch at the end of the driveway.

 

Dani came over for a picnic and to splash in the pool.

We decided to watch Zootopia again with Dani.

Day 5 - Tuesday

Oh my!

 

We took a walk across the bridge and saw a barge pass underneath
and a train! The conductor even waved at us and blew the horn.
It was so loud!

 

Day 7 - Thursday 

Hayden finally got his hair cut! He was closed on Tuesday (Hayden
cried) and too busy on Wednesday before Idlewild.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We both got a lollipop.

 

After Hayden's hair cut we went to breakfast with Opa. Oma had
to work on Thursday.

Day 8 - Friday

We stopped by to see Aunt Donna before heading to Maryland
to celebrate Mallory's birthday.

Idlewild Park and Soak Zone

Yesterday we went to Idlewild Park with Toni, Dani, Tara, Reagan and Oma. Toni was able to get us an awesome deal on tickets and we went for the ENTIRE day. We literally got there when the park opened and left when it closed. Our cars were the last cars in the parking lot. We started the day off by going to Storybook Forest and meeting a lot of the fun nursery rhyme characters. Next we had a picnic lunch and then headed off to the soak zone. Dani and I enjoyed playing on the slides and then we joined Hayden and Reagan in the kiddy pool. I even swam under water by myself! We also had fun in the lazy river and in the wave pool. After the soak zone we rode lots and lots of rides and we even got to see and meet Daniel Tiger. It was such a fun day and we didn't want it to end. Maybe this can be our yearly with Tara and Toni! Unfortunately he missed the Daniel Tiger Show.
