Snuggle Time!

Working on the computer with Daddy made me tired. I enjoyed some snuggle time with Mommy on the couch. The blanket is super big and cuddly and even has my name on it:

Then we both took a nap together. Don't worry...I was able to breathe. :-) It threw off my bed time a little bit, but Mommy could not resist some good cuddling on the couch:

So today I played in the excersaucer for a good while. I found the microphone very fascinating!What is this thing?: Mmmm! It tastes good.:

A new friend

Yesterday Mommy and I went to visit her friend Emily and her two kids, Julia and Jack. We didn't get a picture of the three of us (or of Jack) because with three kids, it's hard to have us all happy at the same time. ;-) We definitely need to have more playdates though.

Mommy is in the process of getting everything together to apply for my passport so that we can go to Germany to see Aunt Michelle get married!! I am super excited and can't wait to play with Kai and Jana and of course meet all of the family and get LOTS of snuggle time. We went to get my passport picture taken today. The lady kept taking it...and I was very happy and all smiles, but then it was always too far away, or too low down, etc. So after about 5 takes, this is my picture (still cute!):

One of the parents in Mommy's class made me two more set of legs warmers and an awesome flower headband!
I am pretty obsessed with my feet at the moment. They are fun to play with and a tasty snack! ;-)

Yesterday afternoon we went over to the Brang's house for a cookout. You know, those awesome people that let me borrow all of the fun toys (and my new high chair)! I got to hang out with "The Ladies Man, Carson". Oh, and yes, I am wearing only a onesie (in March!) because it was 84 degrees outside.

I still can't sit completely on my own, so Ingrid picked me up after our little photo shoot. Carson missed me so much that he started patting the seat next to him telling me to come sit back down. Pretty soon Carson, pretty soon! We'll be running around playing before you know it!

This morning I ate oatmeal for the first time in my new high chair:

Even though a lot of it ended up on my face, I really did like it (I also tried bananas for the first time YUM! YUM!):

Oh, and I almost forgot....my first tooth is starting to show. Mommy noticed it on Thursday. There is a tiny white spot on my bottom gum...soon it will be poking through!

Fun in the Park!

This morning we met Andy, Lindsey, and Aubrey at Jetton park. It was 70 degrees here today. Yay for Spring weather! Mommy and Daddy ate lunch in the park and then we went for a walk on the trail. At the end, we tested out a swing on the playgroud.

Future Mighty Mustang

Today we had a photo shoot at Daddy's school. This past school year, four of his co-workers had babies...so that makes 5 "Future Mighty Mustangs" including me. Daddy's principal decided that it would be fun to get all of us together and take a picture for the yearbook.

I got a little tired and cranky at the end of the photo shoot. My new friend, Payson, was checking on me to make sure that I was ok. :-)

What a difference...

What a difference one year makes!

Here I am on March 10, 2010. My very first "picture" and the first glimpse of me that Mommy and Daddy saw. It was love at first sight!!!: March 10, 2011. I've grown a little bit! ;-) :
