Keeping Busy

Even though we haven’t left the house, except for walks and playing in the backyard, since March 16, we have been keeping ourselves busy. We FINALLY made the Fairy Garden from my birthday (Thank you Tara and family!).

Luckily Mommy had an extra plastic table cloth because she knew it
would get a little messy.

Now we wait for the plants to start growing.
The other plant is Hayden's plant from school that he brought home.

Online learning continues and we are trying to find a good schedule.

Our "classroom".

Hayden wrote a story about how we made our crayons.

He even got to read it to his teacher while they "Zoomed".

I got to see my teacher and classmates on a Zoom chat.

The crayons that we made are fun to play with and stack.

We made Spaetzle for dinner one day.

Hayden and I did all of the ingredients on our own.

Being silly!

Hayden Zoom chatting with his teacher.

He even read a book to her.

Here are some videos of Hayden reading to his teacher via Zoom:

Enjoying a family walk.

We get along most of the time.

Mommy made cookies and we enjoyed ice cream sandwiches.

Even Rolly enjoyed some ice cream.

We watched Star Wars outside by the fire and Mommy and Daddy
enjoyed a Growler of Delirium beer.

I even let Hayden have a sleepover in my room.

We hope that everyone is doing well. Love and miss you all!

Keeping Ourselves Entertained

We had beautiful weather yesterday and spent some time outside cleaning off our outside toys. It was so warm out that we cleaned in our bathing suits.
Cleaning the picnic table. We hope to eat many meals outside while we are
home.

Cleaning all of the toys.

Enjoying a little "cool off" in the water.

I even practiced my floss dance....

We also sorted all of our crayons and used the broken ones to make new ones. Mommy had a fun silicone mold so we made butterflies, ladybugs, and bees.
We sorted the crayons and Mommy cut them into smaller pieces.

Those are the crayons that I made.

Those are Ayla's crayons.

Today we had some fun with all of my stuffed animal dogs (well, we may have missed a few) and made a guessing game of how many are in the picture....

Oops! We forgot one (well probably a few) in the picture.

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Love and miss you all!
