Opa Bears

Yesterday was an optional teacher workday, so Mommy opted to stay home and took us to Concord Mills instead.

We made “Opa Bears” with a recording of Opa’s voice.

Mommy's friend, Brittani, took this video and was able to record a voice memo with only Opa's voice. We were then able to take it to Build-a-bear to make our "Opa Bears".

We ate lunch at the mall and then did some more 
back to school shopping.

The recording is louder than we expected and Hayden’s is super sensitive to the touch. It’s not perfect but it’s perfect for us. ❤️❤️

Fun with Cousins - Part 5

On Saturday we went to Breakfast Time...

 - We had a delicious breakfast.

 - We went to the pool one last time. 

 - The kids stayed home while Mommy and Aunt Michelle got matching cardinal tattoos. They went to the flying saucer afterwards.

We had so much fun with Aunt Michelle, Kai, and Nora! They left on Sunday to drive up to Pittsburgh, but are coming back a couple days before their flight departs on August 31st. We miss them so much!

Fun with Cousins - Part 4

On Friday we had Mommy’s car again...

 - Kai and I got a (very needed) haircut.

 - Then we went to Target to get more stuff.

 - We got Chick-fil-A on the way back. We all ate in the bar while Mommy, Daddy, and Aunt Michelle went to The Summit.

Fun with Cousins - Part 3

Mommy and Daddy went back to work on Wednesday...

 - So we stayed home with Aunt Michelle all day. There are no pictures from that though.

 - After they came back, Mommy, Aunt Michelle, Kai, Nora, and Hayden went to Walmart. I stayed home and read until they came back.

Nora got a Dippin' Dots maker.

Hayden got a Bowser toy.

Aunt Michelle didn't get this, but she did get
a Care Bears puzzle.

On Thursday Mommy got a ride to work...

 - So we went to Concord Mills with Aunt Michelle. We bought so much stuff!

We got Auntie Anne's pretzels as a little snack.

We had Burger King for lunch.
