A Carolina Christmas

On Friday, we went to the Speedway to see the Christmas lights. It's been a tradition for Mama, Daddy, and Ayla ever since she was born. This year I got to join in on the fun. Since Uncle Dave, Aunt Mica, Mallory and Logan were here for Thanksgiving they came too, along with BeBe and Pappy. We also met up with Nina and her Mommy and Daddy, but unfortunately we didn't get any pictures with Nina. Mama did take a lot of pictures though....pictures with Santa included. Just like my big sister, I am not a fan! Enjoy....

Ayla was so excited!

Ayla and a really pretty nativity.

Ayla and Mallory enjoyed the animals....

....especially the camel.

There were lots of pretty trees.

Mama tried to get a picture of me with a
tree too!

The girls enjoyed the petting zoo.

Cousins! (Minus Logan)

Pappy played peek a boo with me.

The girls enjoyed some mini fried donuts.
I'll get to try them next year.

A family picture.

Santa picture = epic fail!

Get me off! Get me off!

Despite the Santa incident, I had lots of fun. I can't wait to do more fun Christmas activities....stay tuned.

Happy Thanksgiving

Today was my first Thanksgiving and boy oh boy was it yummy! We went to BeBe and Pappy's house and there were lots of people there: Uncle Dave, Aunt Mica, Mallory and Logan; Aubrey and her Mommy and Daddy; Nina and her Mommy and Daddy; and of course Bebe, Pappy, Nana and us. That's 17 people. We had fun eating and hanging out. Of course, with all of us kids there, there was never a dull moment. Mama tried to capture lots of pictures....

Mama tried to have a little photo shoot
before we went to Bebe and Pappy's

This is a hat that Mama made for Mallory.

I tried on Logan's hat.

I'm such a goof crawling under the end tables.

We love Nana!

We attempted a family picture.

And another attempt with Bebe and Pappy.
I wasn't too interested in getting my picture taken.

My Thanksgiving meal.
Do you see my hand reaching for the food?
HeeHee!

Mm! Mm! Mm!

The men and boys at our table.

The ladies' table

Lindsey brought some fun crafts for us.

We all made pilgrim hats.

Try getting a picture of 5 kids wearing hats...

...it's nearly impossible. Hahahaha!

Here I go again crawling underneath furniture.

The girls also made crowns and painted their nails.

Dessert time.
Unfortunately, Mama did not let me have any of that yet.
Next year

Uncle Dave, Aunt Mica, Mallory and Logan are in town until Sunday so stay tuned for more cousin pictures.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Love and miss you!!

Oma and Opa Visit - Part 2

Here are the rest of the pictures that we took while Oma and Opa were here. We had so much fun and I miss them so much. I can't wait until their next visit and will be ready to make some more noodles.....yum!

Ready to go shopping.

Poor Oma had to squeeze in the back
of the car.

More craft time!

Oma made these AWESOME hats for
me and my baby doll.

We enjoyed a walk even though it was
chilly.

Hayden was pretty cranky at first.

Hello!

Weeee! Swinging is so much fun!

Mama made pizza for dinner.

Hayden enjoyed some too and still
has to work on his table manners. HeeHee!

A picture with Oma while Mama and Daddy were at work.

Hayden liked hanging out with Opa.

I got to help Oma make noodles.

Taste testing.

Hayden liked the noodles too.

I was a little cranky.

Opa was in charge of feeding Hayden.

I was very interested in Oma's crocheting.
She taught me how to make a few loops.

Check out that concentration.
In a few years I'll learn how to do more.

Hayden really enjoyed Oma's cooking.

We stopped by BeBe and Pappy's for a visit and took a
picture with Nana.

Here is the only picture we got with Oma and Opa.
Can you tell it was bedtime and we were tired and cranky?
Haha!

Another canvas art project that we
made for Oma and Opa.

Thanks again for coming to visit....we love and miss you lots!!!
