Height: 24 1/2 inches (that was Mama's attempt to measure like they do at the doctor's office. I have my official appointment on Tuesday)
Weight: 14 lbs.(again, this is according to our not so accurate scale. The official weight along with the percentile from the doctor will be reported soon.)
Sleeping Patterns: I stay awake longer and longer now. I'll fall asleep in the morning if Mama goes shopping or on an errand. That car seat is comfy. In the evenings I like to lay by myself on the chair downstairs (Mama puts pillows around me just in case I decide to try to roll over) and fall asleep around dinner time. I'll sleep from 6:00ish to 9:00ish. Then Mama nurses me around 10:00 and I'll sleep anywhere from 3 - 5 hours then. Mama loves it when it's a 4 hour or 5 hour stretch!
At night time I sleep for 4-5 hour stretches.
Eating Habits: Nursing every 2-3 hours (normally around 3 hour stretches). At night time I can go longer stretches between 4-5 hours.
New Foods I liked: Nothing new for a while....just enjoying Mama's milk.
New Discoveries I made: I love my play mat. I'll lay there and listen to the music and kick my legs. I've even started making cooing sounds. Here are some videos of me on my play mat that Mama took a few days ago....
I also tried my first bottle. I've had 3 so far just so that I could get used to it when Mama goes back to work soon. Sniff! Sniff!
My accomplishments: I've been smiling more and more! I've also started making more cooing sounds.Places I went: We sure did visit the post office a lot this month (sending birth announcements, Thank You cards, packages, etc.), I went to the Mehall's for the first time (Ayla loves playing with her BFF, Aubrey), we enjoyed the nice weather at the White Water Center and I also got to experience COLD snowy weather in our backyard for a few minutes. Today we ventured to Ikea...just Mama, Ayla and me. That was a brave Mama!
Special Memories: Still enjoying all of the snuggle time with Daddy, Mama, and Ayla (and of course anybody else who comes to visit). I also experienced my first snow.
