Sunday Science Experiment

Mommy decided to do a science experiment with us on Sunday.

She saw a fun way to make a "Lava Lamp" with water, food coloring, oil, and Alka Seltzer. Hayden and I had fun experimenting....

We added food coloring to the water.

Hayden made a green Lava Lamp.

I made a blue Lava Lamp.

It was so much fun!

We also had some nice pool weather....

The water was cold!

We enjoyed some Popsicles outside.

We pretended to be super heroes outside.

Hayden likes "balancing" on the rocks.

It's fun to play in the dirt!

I made chocolate chip cookies on my own. Mommy sent me the recipe on
my iPad so now I have it.

We had a little bathroom renovation done. The popcorn ceiling is gone,
walls are painted, and we have new flooring both bathrooms.

We continue to stay busy. Only a few mores weeks of school! Stay tuned for more pictures.

Miscellaneous Photo Update

We have been keeping up with Blogs but somehow we missed posting some pictures. Here is a collection of some miscellaneous pictures from the past few weeks....

Ayla is very studious and completes all of her work.

For me.....some days are better than others. Haha!

We have been enjoying lots of family game nights.

Sometimes when you are hungry, you have to take matters into your
own hands.

Daddy has been buying fresh corn on the cob at the store.

A few weeks ago it was finally nice enough to set up the little pool
from the Easter Bunny....

Of course Pluto wanted to swim too.

I decided that Pluto needed a bathing suit. Luckily he has his overalls that
Oma made him for Halloween one year.

Jovie kept drinking the water.

I made this sign for my teacher.

Some of my classmates met in her neighborhood and we all drove past her
house, honking and waving.

Sometimes you need a change of scenery to complete school work.

My dogs helped supervise my school work.

Some days you sit at the "bar" to complete work. Hahaha!

We had a sleepover with Jovie last weekend. I ended up sleeping on her
dog bed because she claimed the bed Mommy made for me.
