Weekends are the Best!

Weekends are the best because it means that Daddy is home all day! I may be a "Mama's girl" but I have been spending more and more time with Daddy. I miss him during the week when he is at work and am super excited when he comes home. We also have a nightly tradition where I play "crocodiles" with him and play with the big pink ball. I pretend that there are crocodiles in our house (they are blue) and I run into the living room and jump on the couch so that Daddy can save me. Then we sit on the couch and throw the big pink ball back and forth....

 Today Mama and I made chocolate pretzels. I LOVED helping and unwrapped most of the Hershey Kisses. I also put most of the Hershey Kisses onto the pretzels. Mama put the second pretzel on top but we had a lot of fun making them. I'm becoming quite the little helper.

Today we went to the Flying Saucer to meet the Otto's. It was Hayden's first trip to the Saucer so of course Mama had to document with pictures....

Hayden also enjoys spending time with Daddy. Mama still snuggles and reads books with me at bedtime so Hayden gets to snuggle with Daddy. This is how Mama found them today....

I can't wait to spend another whole day with Daddy, Mama, and Hayden tomorrow!

That Mama of mine sure does like to take a lot of pictures! Hee Hee! She has her fancy Nikon camera, her new small Canon camera, and her phone! Between those three, she has taken a lot of pictures. She takes pictures daily on her phone and sends them to Oma, Opa, BeBe and Pappy. Here are the most recent pictures and some videos from today....

On Wednesday, Mama braved the store with two kids on her
own for the first time!

3 Weeks Old

Today I turned 3 weeks old! Mama can hardly believe how fast time goes! I've been a super good baby so far. As long as I'm fed, I'm happy. I can go as long as 3 1/2 hours between feedings during the day (I probably could go longer but Mama usually wakes me up to change my diaper and then feed me) and I sleep 3 1/2 to 4 hour stretches at night. Mama will feed me at 10:00 before she goes to bed, I wake up and eat at 2:00 and then again at 6:00. Not too bad...hopefully we didn't just jinx it. Hee Hee! I also stay awake for longer stretches during the day now and am really alert!

Today was a teacher workday so Mama decided to take me to her school to show me off. I met lots of her friends and was snuggled a lot. We also met Daddy and his co-workers for lunch.
