Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mamas out there! You may only be "celebrated" on one day of the year but really you should be celebrated every single day! It's a tough job and I know that I have been making it tougher lately with my tantrums. Oopsie! I do love my Mama very much and I know that she loves Hayden and me more than words could ever say. We have had a tradition (that started accidentally) but Mama and I have matched every Mother's Day so far. Here is a look at the past years and then all of the pictures from today
Our first Mother's Day in 2011
Brown and white.
2012 - Green and white
2013 - Yellow and White
This year's color scheme.....pink and white!
We went to the same restaurant for breakfast again, City Tavern, with Pappy, BeBe and Nana and then went back to BeBe and Pappy's house to take a few more pictures. This afternoon we went to a little zoo called Zootastic where I got to feed lots of animals. The goats were my favorite. It was pretty hot out and Hayden got cranky....Mama had to carry him the whole time, but we had fun!
Here are lots and lots and lots of pictures from today.....
Selfie with Mama.

Mama's reason for celebrating today.

Hahaha! We have the same expression in this one!

One of Mama's students gave Mama this
awesome onesie.

Handsome guy!

Enjoying breakfast.
This was before my meltdown because I
wasn't sitting between Mama and Pappy.
As mentioned above, it's not always
the easiest job being a Mama!

The sun was so bright but we wanted to take a picture
in front of BeBe and Pappy's flowers.

Fun at Zootastic...
Ready to go. This was before Hayden
got cranky.

This was my favorite goat.

Happy Mother's Day, Mama!

Mama took this one when we got home.
What a fun day! We have the best Mama (and Daddy) in the world!

Big Big Book and a New High Chair

It was "Teacher Appreciation" week at Mama's school this past week and she won this awesome Big Book at school. Of course she brought it home for Ayla and I to enjoy....
We both love books!

Tummy time on the big book.

Hi, Mama!

I love my big sister
Listening to Ayla "read"
My bedtime has been between 7:00 and 8:00. Ayla goes to bed a little later and last night she got to enjoy watching the Pens game with Daddy. She even has a real jersey! When I'm older, I'll watch sports with Daddy too.

Ayla and Daddy

Ayla had to wear her new Princess Sophia
Tiara.
This morning Ayla took out her wooden train set. I can't wait until I am old enough to play with her! Mama found her sitting in the blue treasure box where she keeps all of the pieces...
Silly Ayla!

Mama put me in there too.

Close up in the Bumbo
Mama and Daddy have been exploring Belmont, a little city near us. They have some small local restaurants so we tried "Friend's Bar and Grill" today. Ayla had a peanut butter sandwich and french fries. Yummy!

I love my blue owl on my car seat. When you pull it down
it goes back up and vibrates back and forth.

Ayla and Daddy.

Today we went to Ikea to buy me a new high chair. We have the one that Ayla used but Mama saw this one and for $25 she couldn't pass it up. I can't wait to actually sit in it and try some food!
Check me out in my new high chair.
Where's my food, Mama?
"Can I have some food, please?"
I love my new high chair!
Tomorrow is Mother's Day so stay tuned for more pictures....

As promised, here are my stats from today's doctor's appointment. Everything looks good and I'm growing like a weed! I also only cried for about a minute when I got my shots. I do have a diaper rash and Dr. Malta wrote down 3 creams that Mama should mix together so she got to play pharmacist today...let's hope it works!

Weight: 15 lbs. 3 oz. (40%) - 6.889 kg.
Height: 26 inches (80%) - 66 cm
Head Circumference: 16.14 inches (25%) - 41 cm.

Mama took a mini photo shoot today so she would have pictures to add to the blog. Enjoy....

This is how we roll...

Yesterday Mama, Ayla and I went to the consignment store in Huntersville to buy a double stroller. Ayla is a big girl and loves to walk, but when we go to places like Carowinds, she still gets tired. Mama found this one for $59.99 and is very happy with it. She cleaned it and then we tested it out right away....
Our new "ride"
We had to go for a walk right away.
I love the new stroller.
Today we met Aubrey and her Mama and Daddy at Carowinds so it was perfect timing that we bought that stroller. We had  great day and Mama took lots of pictures....

Good morning!
Ayla insisted on wearing her new
Princess Sophia Amulet.
"Um, who is holding me?" Hee Hee!
Just hanging out in the stroller.
I do have to admit that I was very clingy
though and Mama held me a lot!
We went on the helicopter ride again.
Hi Ayla!
Ayla liked the Carousel.

Mama and I sat on the sleigh.
Giddy up!
More fun for Ayla and Aubrey

Daddy tested out the stroller.
A family picture.
We went on the tower ride where you can
see all of Carowinds.
One of the views
Mama and me.
Hee Hee! I am in South Caroline and
Ayla is in North Carolina.
What a fun day!
Stay tuned for my weight and height stats on Tuesday. Also, think about me around 3:45ish when I get my second round of shots. Yucky!!

Love and miss you all!
