- This was our 3rd race of the year, which means that we got our Trifecta! Hayden and I did the one mile course while Daddy did the Super, which is 6 spartan miles. (Spartan miles are usually more than the amount of miles it says on the map. You get penalty loops if you don't complete an obstacle, which are about 0.25 miles. So, if you fail an obstacle, which is very likely, you run more than the map says. So in this case, Daddy could have ran more than 6 miles).
