Frigid 5K Plunge

Yesterday Daddy and I ran the Frigid 5K and then plunged into the COLD water. Here are some pictures from the race...

Gatlinburg - Sunday

On Sunday we celebrated Mommy. We went to breakfast, shopped at the outlets, and explored The Island in Pigeon Forge. Mommy didn't take too many pictures while we were out and about, but she did go for a 3 mile walk with Lindsay and took some scenery pictures. Daddy bought delicious cupcakes for her birthday and we enjoyed pizza and cupcakes at the cabin.

The silly boys kept running into the snow and then 
back into the hot tub. Brrrrr!

Cupcake time! Hayden got a chocolate peanut butter
cupcake.

Mine was chocolate chip cookie. Yum!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. 

Gatlinburg - Friday and Saturday

We headed to Gatlinburg after school on Friday for a weekend getaway and to celebrate Mommy's birthday. Daddy dropped us off at school in the morning and picked us up so we could head out.

Mommy was in charge of Nana. We got her in 
Gatlinburg last time we were there in 2020.

It snowed and the roads were pretty scary at certain
points. Daddy did an excellent job driving and we 
felt our guardian angel, Opa, watching over us.

Andy had an outside fire ready for us when we got there.

The kids enjoyed some time in the hot tub.

We also had an inside fire and Mommy loved snuggling
up with her cardinal blanket that BeBe made her 
for Christmas.

I was excited to sleep on the top bunk of the bunk beds.

The Mommies loved these two chairs and spent a lot 
of time there enjoying the fire and chatting.

We woke up to snow on Saturday.

I was so excited to go and play in the snow.

I enjoyed some delicious hot chocolate after being in
the snow.

I made Snoopy the dog. We did make him some ears 
and added them later on.

We enjoyed walking around the town of Gatlinburg.

This isn't ice cream. It's safe to eat cookie dough!

We didn't end up eating here, but Mommy and Daddy
watch a lot of his shows so we took a picture.

We had our own kid's table at dinner.

It was a fun day!
