Keeping Busy

We sure have been keeping busy this summer! We love having Mommy and Daddy home and love spending time with them. We've been going to the pool a lot. Mommy even bought diving sticks that kept us busy. The $1 movies are great and today we saw Trolls in the movie theater. We also visited the library for story time and a craft. Father's Day Weekend

We enjoyed Father's Day weekend. On Saturday we went to the Otto's and had fun playing in Nina's pool and catching lightening bugs. We helped Mommy make a Father's Day cake to take over there for dessert. On Father's Day, Mommy cooked a delicious breakfast with chocolate chip pancakes and we had shrimp and pepperoni balls for dinner.

Donating Hair

On Thursday Mommy took me to get my hair cut. It was finally long enough for me to be able to donate again! I was able to donate 8 inches to "Children With Hair Loss". I love my new haircut!

Yesterday Mommy and Daddy had a "Date Day". They went to Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, Heist Brewery and Amelie's French Bakery. Here are some pictures from their fun day......

Mommy also attempted to make homemade salsa for the first time. Pappy has soooooo many tomatoes in his garden. It was tasty and we look forward to experimenting with different recipes.

Mommy/Hayden Day

Today Mommy and I had a "Date Day". She decided it was time for me to get a haircut and since the movie theater offers dollar movies during the summer, she decided to test out the waters and see if I  would sit still and watch a movie. We watched 'Kung Foo Panda 3" and I loved it! Mommy bought be popcorn and a drink. Afterwards we went to get my haircut. It was super busy so we went to Starbucks where Mommy bought me a pirate cake pop. Yum! We concluded the day with a swim with Ayla at the pool. Here are some pictures and a video.......
