A Quarantine Easter

This year Easter sure was a lot different. It was definitely strange not being able to spend Easter with family. However, we did have a great day and the Easter Bunny sure did spoil us. One thing that didn't change this year is that Mommy still took TONS of pictures. Enjoy....
We came downstairs to this surprise from the Easter Bunny.

Checking out the Easter basket.

Ayla got the chapter book that she wanted from the book fair at school.

I got the "Pig the Tourist" book that I wanted.

Searching for eggs in the backyard.

There were even some hidden Kinder Eggs.

Checking out all of the candy that we got.

We even sorted it.

Mommy made homemade cinnamon rolls in the shape of bunnies.

The Easter Bunny brought Kinetic sand and it's so much fun!

Umm....Jovie is not a very good guard dog. Our Alexa captured this
picture of the Easter Bunny in our house.

Jovie likes to think that she's a cat and lays on the top of the couch.

Easter picture time.

We had to set the self timer for our family photo this year.

Family selfie time!

The Easter Bunny brought me this new dog. I named it Aurora.

We helped Daddy prepare the ham.

I added the pineapple juice.

Ayla added the Coca-Cola. Yes, you read that correctly.

BeBe and Pappy dropped off this yummy cheese and fruit tray yesterday.

Thank goodness for Zoom so that we could at least "see" Oma, Opa,
Aunt Michelle, Kai, and Nora. (Uncle Guenni did make an appearance too!)

We had to take a picture of our delicious meal.

We dropped off some rolls and ham at BeBe and Pappy's.
We kept our social distance.

BeBe took this picture from the balcony.

Happy Easter to all of our family and friends!!
