World Wide Traveler

Mama and I just got back from our trip to Germany. We had a wonderful time seeing our family. As you can imagine Mama took a TON of pictures so we'll be updating the blog over the next couple of days. Here are some pictures of me traveling and the first day in Germany. I was an AWESOME traveler and loved flying. I sat with Oma on both flights and got out my Mickey Mouse blanket and baby doll to sit with. As the plane was taxiing, I would keep saying "Here we go! Here we go!" On the flight to Brussels I slept for the first 5  hours!

Carowinds with Aubrey

This is long overdue since these are the pictures from last weeks visit to Carowinds. We went again today and met the Mehalls. I love it and especially like playing in the pool with Aubrey. She is much braver than me and goes on water slides. I was pretty brave last week though and went on the Lazy River with Mama and Daddy. Here are the pictures from last week......

Carowinds is so much fun and I can't wait to go back. Mama and Daddy have to work this week but then it's officially summertime! Mama and I head to Germany in one week and are super excited to see everyone!

Lots to Blog!

Sorry blog followers.....it's been a while! We've had a busy week. Pappy, BeBe, and Great Nana moved down last week and then Uncle Dave and Mallory came too! This past weekend Aunt Mica was here too so we have been very busy spending time with family. I'm officially not going to daycare anymore and last week I got to spend all week with Mallory. Here are some pictures.....

On Saturday Pappy, BeBe, Uncle Dave and Daddy went to the Nascar race. Aunt Mica, Mallory, Mama and I decided to go strawberry picking at Patterson Farms. I got the hang of it really quickly and really enjoyed it! They were delicious!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Happy Mother's Day to all of the Mamas out there.......but especially mine!! :-) We've had a great day so far. This morning we went to brunch at Hickory Tavern and took some pictures by the fountain like last year. I wasn't really in the picture taking mood but Daddy got a few. Mama and I got to enjoy a nice 2 and 1/2 hour nap together and now we have to see what's in store for the rest of the day. Here are some pictures from this morning........

Just Like Daddy

It's hockey playoff season and I want to be just like my Daddy......we have matching jerseys....

I actually call these jerseys "Mickey shirts".

I've been really into wearing hats lately. This is a homemade
hat from my Uroma. My babies are wearing my socks on their
heads. Ha ha ha!

On Tuesday, Daddy mowed our lawn.
Again, I am just like Daddy and wanted to help.

My lawn mower runs on gold fish! Hee Hee!

Baby wanted to help too.

Mama and I like to lay in the big bed every night and read books. One of my favorites (and hers) is the book "You Are My Sunshine". She sings it to me every night so the other night I decided to sing it to her......



It must me noted that I have visited "Time Out" a couple of times at daycare. The conversation with Mama or Daddy goes a little like this:

Daddy: Did you go to time out today?

Me: Yes!

Daddy: Why?

Me: I hit Erik......and Wi-Wi (that's William)

Daddy: Do you like to go time out?

Me: Yes!

Oh dear! What are Mama and Daddy going to do with me?!? Let's just say it's a phase that I'll outgrow soon. The other kids at daycare have to go to time out too but Mama  calls me a little "sassafrass" because I'm sassy and stubborn! Hey, I just know what I want. Another example of this is my two babies right now. During any meal, they need a plate and milk just like I have. I insist on it every time! I also like to hold baby and feed her a bottle (my sippy cup). Mama will have to take some pictures of that soon. She promises to get better at doing a blog more often. :-)
