Santa (Cry) Baby!

On Friday we went to Concord Mills Mall to see Santa. As much as I like seeing pictures of him and saying "Ho! Ho! Ho!" when I do, I was not a big fan of sitting on that big guy's lap! It was a repeat performance from last year (maybe a little bit more dramatic with my "terrible two's" tantrum skills) and I would not sit on his lap. We came to an agreement and I let Mama hold me next to Santa. The pictures are blurry because they are a picture taken of the actual picture but you can still see how unhappy I was. Maybe next year? Mama thinks probably not. :-)

Much happier in the tub with my cool pink bath water!
Mama bought these awesome bath fizzies that turn the water different colors.
Yesterday Mama and I went to have brunch with some friend's of hers. Kara's Mama and Dada (otherwise known as Gimmie and Granddolly) live on Lake Norman and their house is so much fun! Here are some pictures from yesterday....
Kara and me!
Watching TV and eating Ritz crackers.
Ahhhh.....that's the life!
 Hey Mama!
Jack and I liked looking at the little house.
 My view at breakfast!
 Getting some smooches from Gimmie!
We got to ride on the scooter in the house!
What?!? Do we really have to leave, Mama?
Thanks for having us over ! We had a great time. I liked it so much that I cried the ENTIRE drive home!

Ugly Christmas Sweater Party

Yesterday Mama and Dada hosted their annual "Ugly Christmas Sweater Party". Lots of people came over. Aubrey came with her Mama and Dada and lots of my other friends came too. Here are some pictures of me and my friends....
Aubrey and me in front of my tree:
 Checking out the snowglobe.
Check out my face. Ha ha!:
The Harbin Family. Oh my! Daddy looks creepy! Hee Hee!
 The Mamas and their girls:
 My buddy Carson came over.
He took me for a ride on my quad.
I gave all of my friends a little Christmas present.
We all sat on the couch together while they unwrapped them.
Everybody got a new book!
I just munched on crackers while everyone unwrapped their presents.
 Laney and me!
A smooch for my buddy Carson!
(even without any mistletoe. Hee Hee!)
Only four more days until Christmas break and Mama and Dada get to stay home with me. Yay!

Uptown Girl!

Yesterday Dada, Mama and I went to Uptown Charlotte to go see the Charlotte Checkers hockey game. A couple of weeks ago two of the Charlotte Checkers went to Mama's classroom and read to her students. Every student got two tickets to a hockey game and Mama and Dada got some too! We enjoyed dinner before the game and got our picture taken in front of the big Christmas tree.
Mama and me in front of the tree:
 Another picture a little closer:
 Enjoying the hockey game:
WOW! Mama was on the Jumbotron! We did realize that her name
was spelled wrong but it was still super cool!!!
Mama was being silly and was tickling me.
It was a late night and I was a sleepy girl!

Mama never posted pictures from St. Nikolaus day so here they are.
Also, a belated Happy Happy Birthday to my Great Aunt Petra. Ich Liebe Dich!!!

The St. Nikolaus sack once belonged to Mama.
 Let me see what's inside!
 Look, Mama! Treats for me!
I also got mail from Oma and Opa. Thank you!
Here are two more pictures of me that were taken today. I enjoyed a nap curled up on the chair downstairs.

I have been enjoying counting down to Christmas with my advent calendars. I really like the chocolate and I love looking at the new pictures of Kai and Nora!

Mama could not resist. Here are some pictures from yesterday's Christmas card photo shoot.
The last two are pictures from the Christmas Turtleneck party that we went to yesterday at the Otto's.
Enjoy!

Playing "Catch up"

Yay! I have the best Dada in the whole wide world! I mean, we already knew that but it had to be said again today. He went to Best Buy this morning and bought an external memory card reader. That means that the blog is up and running again! Phew!
Here are some "catching up" pictures that Mama wanted to post.
Thankgsgiving at the Mehall's continued:
Enjoying a juice box outside:
Aubrey let me go for a ride in her car.
She doesn't normally like to share it but we are best friends!

We had fun decorating Gingerbread houses:
Note that I am trying to eat the candy! Ha ha!

My finished houses (thanks to Mama's help):
Decorating our tree. We decorated the tree last weekend. Mama and Dada let me put the first ornaments onto the tree.
It took a lot of concentration!
I really enjoyed it and still like to rearrange the ornaments now!
We also welcomed Snowflake the Elf.
She watches me and reports back to Santa if I have been a good girl.
(I only have tantrums everyone once in a while. Hee hee)

Yesterday we met the Mehall's for our tradition of going to "Christmas in Davidson".  Here are a few pictures from yesterday:
A Harbin family picture in front of the big tree:
 Aubrey and me:
I LOVED the horsies and watched them all night!
The Mamas and us girls went on a wagon ride around the town.

Today we had a "photo shoot" for our Christmas card. Mama has been busy playing with different options on Shutterfly. I'm sure there will be some pictures posted later on. :-)
Again, Thank  you Dada for solving our blog problem. We are happy to be up and running again!
