Visitors from Germany!!

Yesterday Mommy and I went to the airport to pick up Aunt Michelle, Kai, and their friend Kathrin. They are visiting us for a week and we are looking forward to having lots of fun with them! Welcome to Charlotte!

Big Girl Bed & Working Out!

Last night Mommy and Daddy decided that it was time for me to test out my crib. We need to get into some kind of routine. I went to bed around 9:40 and slept until 2:40...not too bad! However, I then decided to stay up until almost 6:00 a.m. Everytime I fell asleep and Mommy put me down again, I woke right back up! :-) She was not very happy with me. :-( Here's to hoping for a better night tonight! Here's my crib and me getting ready to go to sleep. The sleep sack is from my Aunt Michelle. Daddy calls it my wedding dress because it's so big.

It's really soft and keeps me warm.Today Mommy and I went to Target and bought an overhead gym. Although I like my tummy time, this keeps me interested because I lay on my back and can listen to music and look at lots of toys.

Future Edinboro Girls!

Today we went up to Statesville to visit Andy, Lindsey, and Aubrey. We also took a walk so that we could see Joe, Anita, Steve, and Sophie. Mommy and Daddy went to Edinboro with Andy, Lindsey, Joe, and Anita. Ironically Mommy, Anita, and Lindsey were all pregnant at the same time and all of us were born within a week of each other.
Aubrey - Monday, September 27th

Bundle Me!

Although we don't live in chilly Pennsylvania, it does get cold here too. Oma bought me this nice "Bundle Me" that attaches right to my car seat. It is so soft and cozy. Mommy has tested it out a couple of times now. Once for a walk and again today. Mommy had her 6 week follow up appointment this morning and it was cold outside! We got to see Dr. Bull today which was neat because she is the doctor who delivered me! :-) Here are the pictures of me bundled up as well as a video at the end! So comfy and cozy on our walk.

Mommy took a video of me sleeping today. If you turn up the volume you can hear me snoring! I get that from my Daddy. ;-) I am a loud sleeper though and make all sorts of sounds in my sleep.

A Day at the Park!

Today Mommy and I went to Jetton Park to meet up with Lindsey and Aubrey. Aubrey is only 6 days older than me. I am so lucky to have all of these friends that are my age! We walked around the park twice and even took some pictures by the lake. The weather was beautiful and we definitely need to do it again soon! Just hanging out in my stroller. Aubrey and I took turns crying but it's only because we were fighting sleep. :-)

Tummy Time!

I am one lucky girl and have two tummy time mats! Thanks to Uncle Dave, Aunt Mica, and Mallory...they gave me the blue mat and the glow worm in the picture with me. Mommy was really excited when we got the glow worm because she used to have those toys when she was little. I was really interested in it because it lights up and plays songs! The pink tummy time mat is from Mommy's friend, Simone.

Tummy time helps me strengthen my neck muscles. Right now I am still a little bobble head. :-)

The blue mat has a mirror with it. Once I learn how to focus on objects I'll be able to see myself.

My First Playdate!

I had my first official playdate today with Liam and Alaina. Their mommies brought us dinner (Thank you!) and then we got to hang out. All three of us were very good....we all ate, got our diapers changed, and then we relaxed for a little bit. Even though we are too little to actually play, it was a lot of fun!! Here I am with Jessica and Liam and Meredith. Alaina was still sleeping.

Here we are! We aren't quite old enough to actually play but we all liked each other very much! We even tried holding hands! :-)
