Are you ready for some football?

Here we go Steelers, Here we go!

Ok....I know Mommy is posting two blogs in one day, but it was a busy one! Halloween and a Steeler game! Grammy's friends got us this Steeler outfit so we decided to test it out today. :-)

Oh! Daddy got a haircut too! It's VERY short!!

Happy Halloween!

The many outfits of Halloween! Mommy decided to have a little photo shoot today for all of my Halloween outfits. These aren't even all of them! It also happened to be my "4 weeks old birthday today" too! Here's the famous pumpkin outfit from Andy, Lindsey, and Aubrey again!
"Mommy's Little Pumpkin" outfit from Grammy.

Got Candy? I'll be able to eat some next year! :-)

4 weeks old today!
I barely fit in the Boppy Newborn Lounger anymore!
Here is a picture with my Mommy! We don't get many of those because she is normally the one taking the pictures! :-)

The Great Pumpkin

I went to my first Halloween party! Mommy felt a little bit guilty taking me to a party so young but I slept through the whole thing! Also, the party was only two houses over from ours. Our neighborhood friends, Jen and Brett, had a "Flick or Treat" themed party where the guests had to dress up as characters from a movie. Mommy had the wonderful idea to go as characters from the movie "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown". Mommy was Charlie Brown and I was The Great Pumpkin. The funny swirly thing on Mommy's forehead is supposed to look like Charlie Brown's hair. :-) Here we are ready to go!

This is what I did for the entire party! :-)

Here is a family picture. Daddy was dressed up as "The Dude" from The Big Lebowski.

Denim Dress & Fancy Shoes!

I am not even one month old yet and I am already stylish! Yes, I have a denim dress and cute shoes! Thanks Tara and Toni! Mommy put the shoes on me but they didn't stay on very long. I think I have around 6 pairs of shoes already. Some of them are small like these pink ones and won't be used for walking and some are bigger shoes that I will actually be able to walk in. Here are some pictures of me dressed up! :-)

3 Weeks Old!

Yesterday I turned 3 weeks old! Time flies when you are having fun! :-) I have been a pretty good baby so far and am usually very content. I've started staying awake between feedings during the daytime (and unfortunately for Mommy I stayed awake a lot last night too! Snuggling is so much better than laying flat on my back in my bed.) I smile a lot while I sleep but have started to smile while awake too. Yesterday Daddy made me smile even while I had the hiccups!

My "3 Weeks Old" picture (Mommy will now begin taking monthly pictures)

Here is a little smile!

Mommy loves taking self portraits.

Here I am in my pumpkin outfit from Andy, Lindsey, and Aubrey.

Here is our newest family picture that was taken on October 21st.

Splish! Splash!

Splish! Splash! I took my first bath! I have a super fancy bath tub (thanks Megan and Ricky!) that has a little cushion for me to rest on and a shower! As you can see in the first picture, I wasn't quite sure what I thought of the bath at first but once I got used to it, I really enjoyed it!

My first reaction was to cry! I didn't know what to think!

Once I got used to the water, I really enjoyed it. I didn't even mind when Mommy washed my hair.

Check out the cool shower that came with the bath tub!

Here I am all snuggled up in one of my hooded towels.
Click on the video below to see Sidney's reaction to my bath. Apparently she didn't think I was clean enough because she kept trying to lick my hair or she just really liked the smell of the Johnson and Johnson's bedtime bath that we used. :-)

Opa Arrives

Opa had to patiently wait to meet me. He finally got a few days of vacation so that he could come down and snuggle with me. We've had a great first day together!

This is Opa holding me for the first time!

We all took a walk together and Opa pushed the stroller the entire time!

Look at how happy I was on our walk!

Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday, October 17th, Mommy, Oma, and I went to Mooresville to meet some friends at Carrigan Farms. Since I was too little to enjoy all of the fun activities like the hayride, we just took the opportunity to have a photo shoot with pumpkins and new friends.
Here I am ready to go in my Halloween outfit from Grammy.

It even had a pumpkin on my bottom. :-)

Mommy and Me

Three generations picture!

Me with my new friends Alaina and Carson...and their mommies too!
We had a great time!

Oma arrives!

Oma arrived to visit me on Monday, October 11th. Mommy and I ventured out on our own to the airport to pick her up. This was Mommy's first time folding up the stroller and unfolding it again. Uncle Dave gave her a lesson over the weekend! Everything went smoothly except for the fact that Mommy could not find her cell phone to take to the airport. Funny story: She washed it with the sheets! I guess the "Baby Brain" really doesn't go away. Oops! The cell phone does work again. Meeting Oma for the first time at the airport.

Meeting Cousin Mallory

My Uncle Dave, Aunt Mica, and cousin Mallory came to visit me on October 8th too. Mallory was born on July 30th so she is only a little bit older than me. I'm looking forward to lots of fun times with her! Grammy brought along a travel swing for us to test out and Mallory enjoyed using my Bobby Lounger.

We also tested out my crib!

Grammy and Pappy

Grammy and Pappy came to visit me on Friday, October 8th. This was also the day of my first doctor's appointment. Grammy came to the doctor's appointment with us where the doctor told us that I am perfect. :-) I enjoyed a weekend of snuggling with both Grammy and Pappy and even went outside to get some sunshine!

Boppy Lounger

One of the best inventions ever......the Boppy Newborn Lounger. I've spent plenty of time lounging in this thing. Here are only a few of the many pictures that Mommy has taken of me sleeping in it. :-) Sprawled out in my pumpkin outfit.

The "Don't mess with my pacifier" look!

It's nice to hang out with Daddy on the couch.

It gives me sweet dreams!
